1. Purpose
These terms govern registration on the waitlist for the app Nearly, published by Archange (hereafter “we”). By ticking the form’s acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.
2. Registration
- Registration is free and without commitment : it is not a purchase, subscription or creation of an app account.
- It is open to people aged 15 or older.
- You agree to use an email address you own and not to register another person without their consent.
- One registration per address: a new request using the same address keeps your original answers and personal link. To update your answers, contact us from the registered address.
3. What the waitlist offers
We will notify you by email when Nearly opens and may share development updates. If you have separately agreed, we may also invite you to try a beta version or give feedback.
Registration does not guarantee a launch date, early access or the continued availability of features shown on the website, which may change before launch. Any app pricing terms will be presented before you subscribe.
4. Our communications
We will only write to you about Nearly, at a reasonable frequency. Every email will include an unsubscribe link. We never share your address with commercial partners.
5. Your answers and suggestions
The reasons and expectations you share help us build the app. You agree that we may freely draw inspiration from them to improve Nearly, without compensation or any obligation to implement them. Do not share confidential or sensitive information, or content that is unlawful, insulting or infringes others’ rights.
6. Unsubscribing and closing the waitlist
You can leave the waitlist at any time, without giving a reason, from the privacy page, through the link in our emails or by writing to support@hellonearly.com. We may close the waitlist, particularly after launch, or remove registrations that are clearly false, automated or abusive. Data is then deleted according to the privacy policy.
7. Liability
We make our best efforts to ensure the form and our communications work correctly, but cannot guarantee that the website will always be available. To the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to your consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect damage related to registration.
8. Personal data
The processing of your data is detailed in the privacy policy : what we collect, why, for how long (no more than 36 months) and how to exercise your rights.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page; for significant changes, registered users will be notified by email and can unsubscribe if they do not accept them.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If an issue arises, contact us first at support@hellonearly.com to seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts, with consumers retaining the protective rules of their country of residence.
